Do you deliver and set up the tents?
Yes. Every booking includes professional delivery, setup, and collection by our trained crew. We arrive early, set up everything to our quality standard, and return after your event to collect.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates, especially during peak season (September to March). However, we understand that some events, particularly funerals, require urgent arrangements, and we do our best to accommodate short-notice bookings.
Do you provide equipment for funerals at short notice?
Yes. We understand that bereavement doesn't follow a schedule. We prioritise urgent funeral bookings and can often arrange delivery within 24-48 hours, subject to availability. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we'll do everything we can to help.
